Banana Chocolate Chip Breakfast Muffins

Want to feel your breakfast is a treat? Try these banana chip muffins with your favorite tea or coffee and your morning will be delightful.


3 ripe bananas

½ cup milk

1 cup quick oat

1 cup wheat flour

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey

½ cup dark chocolate chip


Preheat oven to 350°F

In a blender, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Blend thoroughly, mixing up with a spoon if needed.

Fold half of your chocolate chips into batter, do not blend again. Divide mixture among 12 lined muffin tins.

Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top of the muffins, bake for 20 minutes and enjoy!!
