Keto Chicken Taco Shells

Want a taco? In a shell but dont want the carbs? Make a chicken taco shell! Easy. With the help of your waffle maker you will have healthier taco shells than store bought ones. Try it!


1 lb ground chicken breast

1 large eggs

½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix, or more to taste

Shredded lettuce

2 Tbs of pico de gallo


Preheat a waffle maker that has been lightly sprayed with cooking oil.

In a small bowl, mix your ground chicken, egg, seasoning and cheese.

Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, spread your mixture on the waffle maker. Allow it to cook anywhere between 4-7 minutes. Remove your “taco shell” and top with cheese, lettuce and pico de gallo. Enjoy immediately!
