
Need a snack, a side for your sandwich? Make these Platano (plantains) chips. Crisp, crunchy and delicious. Definitely healthier than store bought ones. Try it!
Ingredients
1 green plantain, peeled and sliced
1 Tbs of olive oil
1/4 tsp of salt (or more to taste)
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1/2 Tbs of oregano

Directions
Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl, coat your plantain chips with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper and oregano and stir gently but well.

Lightly spray a cookie sheet and spread the platain chips on the cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, turnig, flipping half way through the time. Enjoy!
