Peanut Butter Banana Crunch Chia Seed Pudding

The versatility that a chia pudding has is unmeasurable. Not only can you create your favorite flavor profiles, but also the toppings add just that extra touch! Try it!! Before you know it you will be creating your own combinations.


1/4 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup greek yogurt

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoons honey

1/4 cup chia seeds

Toppings suggestions:

1 banana, sliced

roasted peanut

4 tablespoons crunchy granola cluster


In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter and greek yogurt together until smooth.

Add in the almond milk, vanilla, honey, and chia seeds and mix until well combined.

Pour the mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate, covered for 4 hours.

Spoon the pudding into desired serving dish and top with sliced banana, roasted peanuts, and crunchy granola clusters and best of all enjoy!
