
A smoothie can be the answer to many questions. This mixed berries are delicious and filling. I always keep them as a frozen staple and all you have to do is pull a couple of ingredients together and it can be breakfast in a second.
Ingredients
1 cup blueberry
1 cup strawberry
½ cup blackberry
½ cup raspberry
1 ½ cups milk, of choice
1 cup plain greek yogurt

Directions
Put fruit in a freezer bag. Seal and store in freezer for up to 8-12 months.
When ready to use, put milk, Greek yogurt, and frozen fruit into a blender and mix until consistency is smooth enjoy!
