Banana Oat Smoothie

Some mornings you do not want a heavy meal for breakfast. As we know breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Thats why this banana oat smoothie comes in as a perfect breakfast! Smooth, fiber, calcium and potassium. Count me in!

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 frozen banana

1.5 cups almond milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup of Greek yogurt

1.5 cups of ice

Directions

Add rolled oats to a blender and blend until the oats are the size of a fine crumb.

Add the banana, milk, vanilla and ice and blend well.

Pour and enjoy!
