Homemade Granola

Homemade granola is one of those things that is amazing because you can make it your own. Your tastes, your ideas, your favorite ingredients. If you need a snack or a topping for yogurt, parfait, or dessert, this will be a treat! Try it!!

Ingredients

1 cup of rolled oats

4 Tbs of unsalted butter

1/4 cup of brown sugar

3 Tbs of cacao nibs

2 tsp of ground cinnamon

Assorted nuts (your favorite optional)

Directions

In a non stick skillet, over medium high heat toast your oats. Stir frequently to avoid burnt oats. Approximately 3-5 minutes.

Add cacao nibs and stir for about 60 seconds, add butter to pan, stir. Finally add brown sugar and more stirring. You will see your yummy granola take on personality.

Add over your favorite yogurt and enjoy!
