
Endless combinations of this healthy filling breakfast. Make your own is fun and most importantly delicious!
Ingredients
4-6 egg whites
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Mix and match fillings
spinach, chopped
tomato, diced
onion, diced fine
bell pepper, diced fine
Ham
Italian sausage
Pepper Jack cheese, shredded

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a greased/sprayed muffin tin, place your desired combination of fillings into each muffin cup.
Season each cup with salt and pepper. Pour egg whites into each muffin cup until the liquid almost reaches the top.
Sprinkle each one with shredded cheese (all or some)

Bake for 20 minutes, until set. Enjoy!
