Strawberry Sorbet

There is a certain satisfaction of making sorbet at home, knowing its all natural and it being fresh and delicious! This could not be any easier!


1 lb of fresh strawberries

1/4 cup of raw honey


Using a straw, core your strawberries and slice in two. In a loaf pan, freeze them for at least 2 hours.

After two hours place them in a food processor and pulse with with honey until smooth.

Spread over the same loaf pan and freeze again until completely frozen. Serve in scoops or spoons and enjoy!!!
