A crunchy delicious healthy snack! For any time of the day!
1 15oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 Tbs Paprika
1/2 Tbs of garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Peel all skin from each chickpea, time consuming but worth it. Pat them dry and spread in the baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil or spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle paprika and garlic onto the chickpeas. Make sure they are all coated.
Roast them for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Ovens can vary, if your chickpeas are not crispy enough, keep going until they are!
Remove from the oven and, while the chickpeas are still warm, enjoy!!
