
You will need wet wipes for your hand but thats deliciously okay!
Ingredients
For the Sloppy Joes:
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 large onion, diced
1 pound lean ground turkey
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Potato buns
For the Potato Chips
1-3 large russet potatoes (more if your heart desires)
4 Tbs of unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves pressed or finely diced
1 Tbs dry parsley
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of black pepper

Directions:
For the Sloppy Joes:
Set a heavy-based pot over medium-high heat and add a 3-count of olive oil. Add onions and saute for 2 to 3 minutes until translucent. Add ground turkey, season well with salt and pepper and brown well all over, breaking it up with a wooden spoon – about 7 to 10 minutes.

Add ketchup, mustard, cayenne, brown sugar and tomato paste. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. Finish with a splash of red wine vinegar

For the Chips
Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees
In the microwave, melt your butter. Add the parsley, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well. Set aside

Using a mandolin slice your potatoes not too thin not too thin!

Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and lay down your potatoes in one layer. Brush some garlic butter on them, turn and brush garlic butter on the other side. Bake for 20-25 minutes flipping them half way through the time.

Serve the sloppy joes with chips on the side. Enjoy!!
