Jalapeno Aioli

Have a dish that can use a creamy sauce? Like spice? Look the further. My boys like using these on fish tacos, steaks, and even chips. Just the right amount of heat!


3/4 cup mayo

1/4 cup cilantro leaves

1-2 jalapenos – seeded and chopped

2 cloves garlic

1/2 med. lime – juiced

1/2 tsp. Salt


Add all jalapeno aioli ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until very smooth. Place in a small bowl or squirt bottle it will hold up nicely for up-to 5 days in your refrigerator.
