Easy Delicious Homemade Refried Beans


1 Tbs of olive oil

1/4 onion diced

1-2 garlic cloves minced

1/2 tsp of cumin

1/2 tsp of chili

2 cups of soften pinto beans (you can used canned rinsed and drained)

1/2 cup beef broth


In a non stick skillet set to medium high heat, add onions, garlic, cumin, chili, in the olive oil. Stir well and sauté for three minutes

Add beans and broth and let it simmer until almost dried.

Mash with potato masher, let simmer and use a fork to make sure you mash every bean. (If desired blend)
