
Ingredients
1 cup of diced rotisserie chicken
1/4 of dried cranberries (or raisins)
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup of diced green peppers
1/2 cup of diced red peppers
1/2 cup of greek non fat yogurt
3-4 large green leaves of green lettuce
1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
1/2 tsp of ground cumin

Directions
In a small bowl mix all ingredients. Leave the turmeric, cumin for last.

Divide chicken mixture into lettuce leaves and enjoy!
