Berry Berry Oat Yogurt Bowl

Breakfast should always be not only satisfying but beautiful. Berries will give you radiant color to your oats, yogurt, salads, smoothies and the list is endless. This bowl is delicious and full of amazing health benefits. Try it and thank me later 😉

Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen black berries

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1 frozen banana (another 1/2 fresh for garnish and topping)

1/4 cup of rolled oats

1/2 cup almond milk

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

Optional and toppings

Chia seeds

Sliced banana

Raspberries

Black berries

Cacao nibs

Directions

In a blender or nutribullet blend all ingredients

Pour in a bowl and top as you desire and enjoy!
