2- 5 oz pouches flaked tuna in water
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 small red onion, chopped
red bell peppers
orange bell peppers
1/4-1/2 cup of your favorite fat free dressing (I used Ceasar for today)
Drain tuna well and add to a mixing bowl.
Wash, deseed and finely dice bell peppers and add to bowl.
Wash and shake dry parsley, then chop finely and add to other ingredients.
Peel avocado, then cube and add to the bowl.
Chop onions and add to bowl.
Toss salad with dressing & serve.
