2 eggs + 3 egg whites
1/2 Tbs of Mrs Dash table blend seasoning
1/4 diced, green bell pepper
2 Tbs of chopped white onion
2-4 turkey sausage breakfast links sliced
1 oz cubed cheddar cheese
In a small bowl, beat your eggs and egg-whites.
In a sprayed non stick skillet over medium heat, brown your sausage. Add onions and peppers and sauté for about two minutes until peppers are tender.
Add beaten egg mixture and sprinkle with seasoning. scramble until set.
Add cheddar cheese cubes and cover the skillet for about 60 seconds.
Serve with avocado (optional) and enjoy!
