Overnight oats are a blank canvas that can be magically personalized to fit YOU! the possibilities of combining an already good for you breakfast with your favorites toppings are endless.
One of the ingredients you can add to your overnight oats is peanut butter. I recently discover PB2 and so we shall indulge in its ability to dissolve and thats not even mentioning it has less calories that regular peanut butter. You can still opt for using regular peanut butter but if you are looking for ease and yumminess this is it.
1/2 cup of rolled oats
2 Tbs of PB2 (or peanut butter)
1/4 cup of greek yogurt
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbs of chia seeds
1 Tbs of honey (for sweetness)
Add the oats, PB2, chia to a mason jar or container that can be sealed and refrigerated.
Add the yogurt, honey and milk next.
Put the lid on it and shake away. Until all is nice and mixed. Keep in the fridge over night.
In the morning, add granola, berries or your favorite fruits! Enjoy!
