Italian Scramble


4 large eggs

6 large egg whites

3 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

nonstick cooking spray

5 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped

1 medium tomato, chopped


Combine, egg, egg whites and cheese.

Heat medium skillet, lightly coated with spray, over medium-low heat. Add egg mixture; cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set.

To the pan, once the eggs set add the diced tomato and basil. Remove from heat.

Serve and enjoy!
