Ginger Candy


2 small pieces of ginger, peeled and sliced thinly
1 Cup of sugar
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1 1/2 Cup of water


In a heavy bottom pan mix all ingredients. Bring to boil over high heat. Once it has boiled rapidly for about a minute lower the heat to low and simmer for eleven minutes stirring every 4-5 minutes. Turn off and let it cool.

The consistancy will be very thick and yummy. Try not to eat it all 😋
