Banana Chia Pudding


For the pudding

2 large overripe bananas

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

6 tablespoons of chia seeds


Granola (of your choice)

1 sliced banana


In a bowl, smash your ripe bananas well. Add the milk and mix well.

Add chia seeds, mix and cover with a tight lid. Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning pour 1 tablespoon of granola into the bottom of two glasses.

Pour 1/2 cup of chia pudding and top with more granola and sliced bananas. Enjoy!
