Roasted Brussels Sprouts

A side dish that is ready for any protein you can possibly have in mind. Simple yet elegant and versatile.


1/2-1 lb of Brussels Sprouts

1/2 tsp of salt

1/2 tsp of black pepper

2 Tbs of extra virgin olive oil


Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees F

Carefully cut your Brussels Sprouts in two, the long way.

Place them in a cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt, pepper and drizzle the olive oil. Massage them to make sure all are coated.

Roast in oven for a total of 20 minutes, stirring after the first 10.
