Overnight Oatmeal Jars

Have you ever picked up an “unhealthy” breakfast on the way to work? Because it was faster, cheaper, convenient? Now you don’t have to.

These overnight oatmeal jars are nutritious, ready to be with you on the go, and at a very low price. All you have to do is prepare them at night and you will have breakfast maybe even a snack. Enjoy!

**Some decide to top the jars with granola right before eating. I honestly dont mind having it a little soggy. Afteral, the point is to have these ready by morning.


2 cups of rolled oats

2 cups of unsweetened almond milk

4 tablespoons of honey

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

Sliced bananas

Sliced strawberries

8 oz of plain greek yogurt

4 mason jars to prepare

1 cup of granola


Start with half a cup of rolled oats in each jar. Followed by chia, honey, and yogurt

Use 1/2 cup of almond milk in each jar. Seal tight and shake each jar vigorously until all ingredients have incorporated.

The jar should be about 3/4 full. Pour the fruits in whatever combination you want. 2 strawberries 2 bananas or all four with both fruits. Its you yummy decision.

**Top with granola and refrigerate over night
