Did you know that the colors of fruits and vegetables are not just a coincidence of nature? The more colors you consume, the more are the benefits, vitamins and minerals
that will help your body! 🌈

Green
Lettuce, celery, broccoli, green apples, kiwis, lemons and many more foods provide lutein, a powerful antioxidant along with calcium, magnesium, fiber and vitamins K and C. They even protect against cancers, maintain bones and teeth strong and help visual health.

Yellow
Melon, mango, banana, corn, and others are rich in vitamin C, magnesium, folic acid, and potassium, which help improve cardiovascular health, skin, and support the immune system.

Orange
They are rich in carotenes and carotenoids, bases of vitamin A that strengthen the defenses and promote good visual and skin health. For example, tangerines, pumpkins, carrots.

Red
Strawberries, apples, peppers, tomatoes and others contain vitamin C, magnesium and lycopene, substances that contribute to the well-being of the heart. They are also associated with a decreased risk of cancer.
