Tuna Poke Bowl


1 lb raw tuna steak, cubed

¼ cup sweet onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup scallions, thinly sliced

1 tsp ginger, freshly grated

½ tsp red bird’s eye chili or Sriracha

¼ cup soy sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp sesame seeds (black & white)

Cooked sushi rice

Ripe avocado, thinly sliced

Radishes, thinly sliced



Combine poke ingredients in a bowl. In a serving bowl, add the rice and top with poke and avocado, radishes and sprouts.
