Overnight Oats

There are many things that are delicious. These overnight oats are amazing!! Super easy to make and no cooking involved…the irony 😜


½ cup rolled old fashioned oats
½ cup milk of choice (I used Almond milk, unsweetened)
¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon sweetener of choice honey or maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


Start with your oats, add chia, honey, yogurt, vanilla and finish off with milk.

Cover, shake vigorously and refrigerate over night!

In the morning, if I dont have to run, I like serving it in a bowl and top it with fresh fruits. Only thing left is to enjoy the creaminess!
