Simple Western Omelet (5 Ingredients)

One of my favorites things is to find quick delicious breakfasts that I can prepare in a flash! This is one of them. This simple (but dont be mistaken, delicious indeed) omelet is amazing and can be prepared in a couple of minutes.


2 Tbs of chopped white onions

2 Tbs of chopped green peppers

3 Tbs of shredded cheddar cheese

3 eggs (beaten)

1/3 Cup of diced ham

Cooking Spray


Heat a non stick skillet over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray. Stir fry the onions and peppers until soft.

Carefully pour eggs on top of peppers & onions and swirl the pan until the whole bottom is covered and eggs are in a thin layer.

Cover pan and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes until the top looks firm and almost dry

Using a big spatula turn the omelet. On the flip side place the ham and cheese on one half and fold over. Do not let it cook for more than one minute.

Serve with your favorite toast coffee and orange juice for a complete quick yummy breakfast. Enjoy!
