Chia Breakfast Pudding

This right here would be the easiest and possibly the yummiest breakfast you will ever have.

The variations are endless and so are the flavors. But the base chia pudding all start the same. The creamy delight powered by the chia seeds is full of calcium, manganese, fiber, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, vitamins B3, B1 and B2 to name just a few. It will provide you with energy and antioxidants. Best of all its yummy! Try it!


2/3 cup chia seeds

2 cups unsweetened soymilk, almondmilk or ricemilk

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

**Assortment of your favorite nuts…one, three or ten! (Optional)

**Sliced bananas and shredded coconut (Optional)


Put chia seeds, almond milk and vanilla in a 1-quart glass jar or divide in one serving mason jars (thats my favorite, just grab and go) with a lid.

Tighten the lid and shake well to thoroughly combine.

Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning serve in a glass or eating out of the mason jar its cool too. Top it with your favorite fruits and/or nuts! Enjoy!!
