½ cup cold brew coffee
½ cup oat milk (or milk of choice)
¼ cup chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
1/2 cup of greek yogurt for serving
Measure out all ingredients with the exception of the yogurt and pour into a bowl
Stir the ingredients.
Put a lid on the bowl and place in the refrigerator overnight
Take the coffee chia pudding out of the fridge, give it a stir and top with yogurt. Enjoy!
