Applesauce Glazed Boneless Pork chops with Lemon Pepper Veggies

For the Pork chops Ingredients:

4 -6 boneless pork chops
1 cup of unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2tbsp of barbecue sauce
1 tbsp of worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper


Veggies Ingredients:

1 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cups fresh cauliflowerets
1 cup sliced carrots
2 tablespoons water
2-1/2 teaspoons of I cant believe its not butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


For the veggies:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and water. Cover and microwave on high for 3-6 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.


In a small bowl mix butter, lemon pepper and garlic and melt in microwave for 30. Mix well and drizzle over vegetables. Mix again, making sure all veggies are coated. Microwave again for another minute.

For the chops:

Place pork chops in a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; spoon over chops.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
