3 Tbs Sugar Free Peach Reserves
1 medium Jalapeño pepper finely diced
1 – 1 1/2 lbs of Sirloin steak cut in strips against the grind
1/2 Tbs salt
1/2 Tbs pepper
3 medium peaches cut into eights
OR if not in season One can of peaches (halves) cut into quarters. If using the can make sure you rinse and drain the peaches well to get rid of syrup they might come in.
1 1/2 cups of peach salsa
Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix preserves with peppers and set aside.
Alternately thread the peach pieces and the beef unto six metal or water soaked wooden skewers.
Using cooking spray, grill skewers 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness of the meat has been reached, turning occasionally.
Remove from grill and brush with preserve mixture. Serve with salsa
