Chipotle Spicy Chicken Finger with Baked sweet Potatoes slices


1 lb sweet potato
1Tbsp of Mrs Dash Table blend seasoning
1 crown of Broccoli
Olive oil cooking spray
2 chicken breast cut in strips
2 1/2 Tbsp of Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle Chicken Seasoning
1 Tbsp of lime juice


Slice the sweet potatoes in slices and place them in a cookie sheet. Lightly spray the slices with olive oil cooking spray and sprinkle the Table Blend Mrs Dash seasoning on to. Baked potatoes for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown and tender. Keep warm


Place chicken in a bowl, mix well with the Southwest Chipotle seasoning and lime juice.

Place the chicken in an aluminum foil lined pan and bake for 25 minutes at 300 degrees.


After the 25 minutes, place the broccoli in the same pan and lightly spray them with olive oil cooking spray. Bake for another 10 minutes or until lightly charred and crunchy.


Serve with sweet potato and enjoy!!
