Ingredients
1 banana
1/4 pineapple
1 red apple
6 oz plain Greek yogurt (I enjoy Chobani)
1 Tbsp of chia seeds (optional, flax seeds can also be used after you grind them)
Directions
Using a juicer, process the apple and pineapple first. Transfer the juice to a blender. Add the yogurt, banana and chia seeds. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!!!!
