2 Tbsp granulated sugar
½ tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp papaya seeds (scooped from the fresh papaya)
¼ cup white wine vinegar
¼ cup canola or vegetable oil
Blend all dressing ingredients together in blender or food processor until papaya seeds look like ground pepper. Set aside.
1 large head romaine lettuce
1 medium papaya, peeled and cubes
1 avocado, halved and sliced thinly
Wash and tear lettuce leaves and place in large salad bowl. Toss with, papaya, avocado. Drizzle with dressing to serve.
